Comprehensive Psychological/Neuropsychological Evaluations
Update 01/02/2025: We are now accepting new patients for the 2026 comprehensive evaluation waitlist. Please note that we prioritize children ages 18 months to six years as well as older children who are nonverbal and/or present with severe behavioral needs requiring expediated referrals for ABA therapy.
If you wish to be added to the 2026 waitlist, please submit your request in the get in touch box below, and we will let you know that you are on the list. Please remember not to submit protected health information. Note that you do not need a referral from your PCP to access our services.
We will start calling those on the waitlist in June to schedule their appointments for the 2026 calendar.
Specific Learning Disorders Evaluations
We are unable to offer learning disorder evaluations at this time. We are working to expand our capacity so please check back here for updates.
If you or anyone else suspects that your child may have a learning disability, you have the right to request an evaluation at no cost through your local school district.
According to Oregon special education procedures, you do not need to provide any documention of disability or diagnosis to the school before you request or consent to a 504 or special education evaluation. If the school district's policy requires a diagnosis of a health or mental health condition as part of their determination process, they are required to pay for it, even in the case they are considering eligiblity under the category of Other Health Impairment (OHI). Note that section 504 does not require a formal diagnosis to receive a plan/accommodations; however, if required by the school, it is expected that the school will conduct the evaluation at their own expense.
